The best way to contact us is by email.

Please include your account email in your first message so we can look up your order, subscription, or analysis without another round-trip.
What to write to us about
Typical messages fall into one of these buckets:
- Account and sign-in.You can’t get in, you changed email, you want to delete your account.
- Your analysis.A question about something in your report. We won’t re-interpret it for you, but we’ll answer factual questions about what a score means or how a framework works.
- Refunds. Our Refund Policy explains how the 14-day satisfaction guarantee works; write to us to request one.
- Privacy and data-protection queries. Access, export, correction, deletion, or any question about how your data is handled. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
- Press, speaking, partnerships.Include a brief description of what you’re working on.
- Bugs and feedback. Screenshots and the steps to reproduce are gold.
Response times
We aim to reply within three working days for general enquiries, one working day for active account or billing issues, and within one month for formal data-subject requests under UK GDPR (statutory deadline).
Response times can extend a little during holidays and product launches. If something is urgent and time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
Not for emergencies
Spiritual Intelligence is a self-knowledge tool — not an emergency service, a counselling line, or a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please use one of these instead:
- In immediate danger (UK): 999.

- NHS non-emergency (UK): 111.
- Shout crisis text line (UK): text SHOUT to 85258.

Data-protection queries
For any question about how we handle your personal data — including access, export, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent — write to Placeholder: CONTACT_EMAIL — see web/docs/launch-checklist.md. and put “Data protection”in the subject line. We’ll route it to the person responsible for data-protection matters and respond within the one-month statutory window.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (the UK’s supervisory authority) on 0303 123 1113. We’d prefer you gave us a chance to put it right first, but your right is your right.
Note: we do not currently have a statutory Data Protection Officer (DPO) because the nature and scale of our processing does not require one under UK GDPR Article 37. We will appoint one if that changes and will update this page.
